β³ Processing Time
Every order is handcrafted and fulfilled in our workshop, which takes between 5 to 10 business days. During high-volume drops or sales, this timeframe may be extended slightly.
π¦ Carriers

Within the U.S.: We primarily ship via USPS, but you can select UPS at checkout.

π International: Your order will be sent with DHL eCommerce by default. For faster delivery, you can choose DHL Express. UPS may also be available in certain countries.
π§ Youβll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is ready to ship. Keep in mind that tracking updates can sometimes take a little while to appear. For more details and tracking tips, visit our FAQ.
π Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at admin@makerbin3d.com right away. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll take it from there and work on a solution based on our refund and replacement policy below.

π Thanks for supporting our small-batch, handmade business! Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, weβre happy to offer a replacement if your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue.

Eligibility for a Replacement
Your item is eligible if:

π¦ It arrives damaged in transit.

β οΈ It fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase.
(Please note: we cannot replace items damaged due to user error.)
If the original materials are no longer available, we will issue a store credit or a full refund instead.
π How to File a Claim

For items damaged on arrival: Email us at admin@makerbin3d.com within 7 days of delivery.

For material issues: Email us within 30 days of purchase.
π· In your email, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
β‘ Processing a Claim

Approved replacements: processed within 7β14 business days.

Approved store credits/refunds: processed within 5 business days.
(You donβt need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask you to.)
