Refund & Replacement Policy

Thanks for supporting our small-batch, handmade business! Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we're happy to offer a replacement if your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue.

Eligibility for a Replacement

Your item is eligible for a replacement if:

It arrives damaged in transit.

It fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we cannot replace items damaged due to user error. If the original materials are no longer available, we will issue a store credit or a full refund instead.

How to File a Claim

For items damaged on arrival: Email us at admin@makerbin3d.com within 7 days of delivery.

For material issues: Email us within 30 days of purchase.

In your email, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Processing a Claim

Approved replacements are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Approved store credits or refunds are processed within 5 business days.

You don't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask you to.
